Just like the EZ-Form, the Maxi-Form Brailon® Duplicator is the most accurate way to reproduce braille and tactile graphics. The only difference between the EZ-Form and the Maxi-Form is the larger forming area available on the Maxi-Form. Being a bigger machine, it lends itself to maps, signs, graphs, charts and larger scale production.

Description
Just like the EZ-Form, the Maxi-Form Brailon® Duplicator is the most accurate way to reproduce braille text and tactile graphics. The primary difference between the EZ-Form and Maxi-Form is the larger forming area on the Maxi-Form, making it ideal for maps, signs, graphs, charts, and larger-scale production.
Safe and easy to use, the Maxi-Form produces permanent, cost-effective teaching aids and braille copies from a single master using Brailon®. With over 50 years of manufacturing experience, these machines are reliable, easy to maintain, and capable of producing high-quality duplicates consistently.
The Maxi-Form, often called the Thermoform Machine, is extremely user-friendly. Simply place your master copy or mold onto the machine, position a sheet of our specially formulated Brailon® plastic on top, and close the clamp. Slide the heating element forward to cover the master and wait a few seconds. Once the copy is complete, slide the heating element back, disengage the clamp, and remove the Brailon® copy. The entire process takes only seconds, delivering an accurate reproduction of your master.
Each Maxi-Form Thermoform Machine includes one frame. Available frame sizes are available.
Please note: we only recommend using Brailon® with these machines. Brailon® is a safe, non-toxic plastic specifically formulated for use with the Maxi-Form. Using other materials may be hazardous.

Our goal is to repair your machine within 2 business days to minimize your down time.
