Swell Touch paper—also known as swell paper, capsule paper, microcapsule paper, or flexi paper—is premium-quality paper designed to bring graphics to life through touch. Simply print or draw with black ink and apply heat, and the ink rises to create a tactile image you can feel. Perfect for educational and accessible materials, this paper works seamlessly with tactile graphics machines from Zychem. This premium paper is also compatible with other tactile graphics machines.
Designed for use with both the Swell Form Pro machine and Swell Form Graphics machines, Swell Touch paper is ideal for producing durable tactile diagrams, maps, charts, and mathematical tables.
Our industry-leading Swell Touch paper is produced in-house, giving us complete control over the manufacturing process. This ensures consistent, high-quality results at competitive pricing. Custom sizes are available upon request — please contact us for details.

Free Matter Shipping
Please Note: According to E040 of the United States Postal Service Domestic Mail Manual: The ‘matter’ purchased must be for the use for writing by, or designed or adapted for use of a blind person, or other handicapped person. Publication 347 from the United States Postal Service also outlines the qualifications required for those to be eligible to receive Free Matter shipments. By instructing American Thermoform to ship your goods via Free Matter, you are certifying that you have read these documents, that you comply with these restrictions, and that you are eligible for Free Matter shipping.
Braille Paper, Brailon, Braille Labeling, and Swell Touch are the only American Thermoform products eligible for Free Matter for the Blind shipping through the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery times vary depending on your location. If faster service is required, we can ship via commercial carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. UPS rates are available on our website; please contact us if you prefer to use a different carrier. For large orders, please contact us to discuss palletizing, air freight, or sea freight options. Due to USPS weight limits and restrictions, international customers must call to place orders to ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery. Free Matter shipments may be repackaged to comply with these requirements.
Please note: All goods are shipped F.O.B. La Verne, CA, USA. Once materials leave ATC’s facility, ownership transfers to the customer, and payment is required regardless of the condition upon arrival. While issues with Free Matter shipping are rare, ATC is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. We will assist whenever possible, but claims related to Free Matter shipping may need to be handled directly with the U.S. Postal Service.
