Braillo Warranty Details
The Most Comprehensive Warranty In the Industry
These embossers are engineered to produce the highest quality braille and deliver decades of reliable performance with proper maintenance. While every effort is made to ensure trouble-free operation, we are committed to resolving any issues quickly should they arise.
If you experience a problem, please contact your local distributor or reach out directly to Braillo at service@braillo.com or +47 74 84 04 40. Our support team will work promptly to assist you.
Braillo covers all parts and shipping costs (excluding any applicable customs or duties) for defective mechanical or electrical components for up to 3 years or 8,000 hours (15,600,000 braille pages), whichever comes first.
An additional one-year warranty is available when exclusively using Braillo or American Thermoform braille paper. This extends coverage to 4 years or 10,700 hours (20,800,000 braille pages). Because paper quality varies, lower-quality paper can cause excess wear, tearing, and dust buildup. Braillo and ATC paper is specifically engineered to protect your embosser and maintain performance. Use of non-approved paper will void the extended fourth year of coverage.
Many issues can be resolved remotely through phone, email, or video support. If on-site service is required, associated service costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
To obtain warranty service, you will need to provide proof of purchase (invoice or bill of sale), along with the embosser serial number, page count, logs, and firmware version.
This warranty covers normal use as outlined in the user manual and guarantees that the embosser conforms to manufacturer specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship. All units are built from new components and thoroughly tested prior to shipment. Replacement parts will be sent promptly when needed.
This warranty does not cover third-party components, improper use or installation, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by external factors such as power issues, fire, or flooding. Use of non-approved parts or materials may void warranty coverage.
This limited warranty is provided in place of all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, where permitted by law. Braillo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the embosser. Warranty rights may vary by jurisdiction.
